Fingerprints must be taken on the official fingerprint enquiry form in the country at the time of your application. Fingerprint form, SAP 91a, if available, may also be used in the country of residence. The enquiry form must be stamped and signed by the official taking the fingerprints.

It is important to note that for some countries, such as Australia, it is compulsory for the maiden surname to be included on the Police Clearance certificate. Please include a certified copy of your marriage certificate with your Police Clearance certificate application.
You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your documents as well as our invoice. Payment is due within 7 days from the invoice date. Your application will be submitted in person the following working day after we received your documents. A follow-up email will be sent to you with the SAPS Enquiry number as soon as your application has been registered and an Enquiry number allocated to your application by the Criminal Record Centre.
